card plus an atc

Evening guys,this will have to be a quick post as MS is on QVC at midnight with a todays special value and she is on a few shows on QVC tomorrow. I know one is at 3pm,so will watch that one too bet they are all sell outs like last time.  Also on the 23rd of Feb Tim holtz and susie Weingburg are both on there too as its craft day all day oh bliss.
Okay now for my card this is another one of Susan's image over at Beary Dust Just love her new images gorjus,have used papers from my stash,pro markers,ribbon sent to me by Denise along with the stamp I won last week,thanks hun brilliant. Then added flowers,sentiment,and glitter of course.  Her name is Blair,and she can be found here

Not sure if there will be any challenges for this one,but will look in the morning.  I have also had a play with some of my paints.  I took some of my pearl paints,and just squirted some pink and green onto card,then took another piece and layed it on top,then pulled apart to reveal a great background.  Then when it was dry I just rubbed over some ink,and it left a great crackle effect much better than the real crackle paint.  So will definatley be doing this again.  Then took piece of grungboard added some paint to that,then used the stamp from the craft stamper magazine.  Then added buttons,text and some sepia glaze.   I also see I have another new follower so bless you hun that is kind of you I now have an even number,so will be posting some candy very soon.  Once again thank you all for the comments you leave as without you guys I would no longer be crafting,its you that keep me going.  See you all in the morning,hugs cheryl xx

Something Differnet

Morning guys,today I have brought you some atc's and a tag just for a change.  As have had time to have a play with the stamp from Crft Stamper.  I love stamps,they give away with there magazine.  So have had a play. First are my atcs,the first one I stamped the image of some butterflies,in frayed burlap onto my craft sheet.  Then placed the atc on top to get the detail of the stamp.  Then overstamped with the girl stamp with aged Mahogany. Then added few accessories along with some sepia accents.

This atc I have stamped  with the same background stamp,then doodled in White gel pen,stamped the girl in centre,highlighted with pen and then added some sepia glaze to her.  I then added a swirl,metal butterfly and sentiment.

Now for my tag,for the background I have used  guilding sheets which my dear friend sent me. I have used a kay and co sticker,using the same stamp,cutting out the girls face,then stamped the clock and cut out. Then finished with few embellishments.

Dt Cards

Evening guys over at Incy designs  this week,our theme is red,black or pink. Now to be honest when I saw the images we had to work with was not sure about this one.  But as DT's you always have to work with the unexpected,and once I had put it altogether it turned out okay I think.  You guys will be my judge on that.  Our sponser this week is Stretch and Bubbles,and these are the images we were given to work with.  I made an atc,using copics to color part of the mushroom,then added pink pearl paint.  Then printed the birds onto card,and cut out and placed at the bottom.

















Now for my DT card over at creative inspirations and our theme this week is Red/Black. Which was choosen by my good friend Jude great theme hun. Love that combo,you should see rest of the DT's,cards brilliant; its great working with the new team great bunch of girls.  Okay here is my card which I am really pleased with and you will not here me say that very often either.
Papers,are Bo Bunny,MS punch,Roses die cut leaves and red ribbon.  Image colured with pro markers.

Now for another card I have made and this is for the sketch over at Midnihgt maddness again following one of there brilliant sketches,great haveing the sneak peak as I get time to make one as soon as they go live.

So here it is. The image is one of Susan's over at beary dust Pro markers,MME papers,ribbon,flowers,and leaves.  Just had to add the ribbon as think it really goes well with the image and papers.  This sketch is not posted untill tommorrow,hope they do not mind me posting it early.  Just that I have a project on the go for a dear friend and really want to spend some more time on it today to get more of it done.

And Finally one more sorry but had to do this one,as wanted also to enter into allsorts theme is get distressed with buttons and a bow. Also the next challenge is for Magnolia Down under, which is another challenge I love wonder why.  The theme this week is pink and grey so here is my card for both challenges.  Papers,MME,ribbon,flowers,butttons,MS punch rose embossing board,which I distressed with Tim's distress tool,then inked around card with pink versafine inks.  Finaly added stickles,and a pin.

One more I have just found  another Magnolia challenge called magnolia stamp lovers.  There theme is also, buttons bows or both.

Tag's,Plus,Tilda Card

Evening everyone,I recieved my Tilda,and Piano of Kimmi this morning which I bought from her,oh how lush is this one,love it.  Thanks Kimmi so quick at delivering it to me he he you must know I am impatient.  So thought I would colur it and enter it into the maganolia challenges.
But First I have made these tags with,some of Junes,images which I also love,so here they are.  I have stamped with versa fine a Anna Griffin stamp for the background and the other one I have used some of my hand made papers.  These images are from Junes,new Fairy sets,which you can buy here.  Remember June has spot prizes and other great give aways,too.

Now for my Magnolia,card do hope you like it as i got my new glasses today and having real problems with them trying to focus,they are vary focals which I have had before.  But my eyesight has got worse over last 6 months so these are much stronger.
Therfore,if this is blurred please let me know as Sometimes it looks okay but other times,sure its not right. Just thought this made a really romantic,Valentine card.

Atc's and Candy wins

Morning peeps,hope you are all okay,its very cold and icy here this morning.  However, yesterday morning I found out I had won a prize from designs by Denise a gorjus stamp.
Then late last night I found out I had won the January monthly which you can see here at midnight madness.

Hi everyone have made 2 cards,today well started them last night and have just finsihed them,as love these sketches,one is for http://priscillastyles.blogspot.com/ Just love there sketches and like to make time to do at least one of them a week.

I have used pro markers,die cut some flowers,leaves,added a cute charm on his collar.  Then finsished with ribbon,and of course my glitter.  So if you would love this little guy you can buy him here

Now for my last card this is a card I made using this brilliant sketch from Allsorts really love my sketches,I keep them all in a file then if I get stuck just take a look to give me a nudge.  They are also having a DT call.  I have used Khaki Tilda.pro markers,Bo Bunny papers,die cut flowers,leaves.  Embossed part of the card,added Glitter then edged with antique linen.  Think these 2 cards,I like which makes a change as not really liking what I am producing at the moment.  Think its the weather,its so cold and we have more snow too.

Evening everyone,been busy today getting some cards,made with some new images,from Susan at beary dust stamps,and Donna at lil Diva.  They have both made some amazing stamps,one which is not normally my cup of tea but after I had seen it printed out then colured it really brought it to life.
