Dt,card, and how to make a twisted Easel card

Hi guys,
well its time once again for another brilliant challenge over at creative inspirations and the theme this week ,was choosen by,corry and she wants to see distressing this, week. Our sponsers for this week, are the brilliant, simonsays,
And,also Stitchy, bear stamps,we were given some images, for the challenge but as my printer was out of action for a few days I had to go with another image, and I choose,a stamp from crafty individuals,

I have used, card stock from my stash, made a side pocket, added a ticket from Tim Holtz, and some ribbon. Then I have disressed the edges, with my craft knife, added ribbon, then used, inks to distress the edges, finished with an Anna Griffin Flourish, button, and leaves.
Now for my,tutorial on how to make a twisted Easel card, lots of you asked and lots of you had never seen one,so as promised here is how to make one.

I always, put my maching papers, onto the bottom of the card first, then add the final, card to the fold, after working out were the, buttons, etc will go to,stop the card, from falling forward.
Here is one I have made, with this template, using papers from SU link on my side bar, Handmade flower with stamp from craft stamper. Leaves,EK punch,EK border punch,MS butterfly punch pink, raffata, ribbon,SU buttons, and added some charms. Image,Sugar Nellie, colored with my pencils ,then just hightlighted with, glitter, and black and white, pencil.

If you have any, questions, please email me you will find my email on my,picture on my profile.
I always, add a real card to the fold not just one piece of,6 by 6 card, that way people can write in it,you do not have too,but I just prefere it like that.
Right think that it is,for today I have just, been playing about and finally worked out how to make a double twisted Easel card so look out for that in the next few days, hugs cheryl xx
Look forward too seeing, you over at Creative Inspirations, for the theme this week,of Distressing,
have fun.xx
