DT Creatalicious & SOME News

Morning guys yeah know this should have gone out yesterday but was up to my eyes in it.
Decided to clean all the carpets in the house, daft I know, but had to be done then I baked a chocolate, fudge cake,a quihe.and some scotch eggs.  Then had to get some of my DT cards done and still got more to do so the day kind of went.
So sorry this is one day late, hopefully my blogger will play nicely and post this early for me as I am off to get the newspaper as my Daughter Lisa is on the front cover,oh how proud am I the nursery were she is a Nursery Officer got an outstanding Ofstead Report and her and the rest of the team are on the front page,so got my friend to get the paper so will be off to collect that this morning.
Cant tell you how proud I am she has worked so hard to get were she is,and she looks after pre school children, and some handicaped ones too and she loves it.  She is now,one of the top staff, bless her and in charge of health, saftey first aid,and in charge of a team of girls.
So yeah you can say this mum is the proudest mum on the planet.  She even has her name on the door, with her photo sorry boring you now.

Okay enough of me rambling on,this week over at Creatalicious we have a sketch for you to follow.
So here it is,the winner this month will recieve 10 digi single stamps from the blue butterfly range by Bizzy becs,so one awesome prize up for grabs. All from her online store which is HERE

so here is my take on the sketch using one of my sweat pea images,

Papers are  from the craft den, gorgoues or what. rest is from my stash, wild orchid flowers, adhesive stones, EK punch, marriane dies, colored with my pencils. Finished with a ribbon, and pin.

I have also made this card too another card on card,he he the papers, are stunning and wanted to give this the vintage look the papers are perfect for this, again available from the craft den,Postage is only a pound at the craft den, plus lynn has a sale on at the moment. The delivery is just first class you will not be disapointed. The link is HERE

The little girl is a crafty individuals image I cut out,the frame is from my cricut, used old paper, and vintage, photo,to distress the edges, then took some elements, from another of the pages, and added the clock faces to the card, with 3d foam.  The ribbon,I distressed, then adhered to the card, added some charms and a large bead to open up the card.

Oh I also, was choosen, the top 3 over at oldie but a goodie, with the card i designed for the anything goes blog hop so chuffed about that as I have not won anything, for about a year now I think so that was great.

So thanks guys for picking my card. Hope you will join in with the sketch if you get time.

I love how you combine that shade of blue with red it is always so striking and effective.

Congratulations as well on being in another top 3 well deserved.

Now shampooing carpets if you are into that kind of thing can think of one or two places where you would be most welcome! XOXO Zoe
