Easter,and a bit,of the old steam punk

Morning guys well finally here in,Norfolk we have some sun at last was lovely yesterday.
Today over at anything goes, challenge blog, the theme this week is Easter
So I,used some lovely fresh colours for my card, this time made a nice small card and used my distress inks,to colour in my image.

I used, broken china, and spiced marmalade to colour in the Sarah Kay image then just added some stickles, glitter to her hat. flowers are from my stash, including, some that I won in Lindsay's candy. Used, die cut leaves, ribbon, and Marianne, dies, for the matting and layering. Then just added a ribbon.
So if you would like to play with us over at Anything goes, this week the link is HERE
You can ,buy lots of,distress inks, from the Craft Den,which is HERE

Next is something completely  different well you all know me by know he he,I bought these charms from Michelle's,shop and made this easel card

These charms are large, and as you can see the detail on them is just amazing, fell in love with these,I also bought a pack of the tiny charms, which you can see on the card too.
I made the card using an x cut die,to make the frame for the easel card, just by placing the die just on the fold of the card then cut the shape. Then just folded forward to create the easel card. I used a Hunky Dory, die cut and sentiment, then added a few other bits, and pieces from my stash.
I just edged the card with distress inks,to finish..
The link to Michelle's,shop is HERE
I would like to welcome,my new follower Elaine thanks Hun for popping over to say Hi love Cherylxxxx

Thank you Cheryl for your lovely message on my “Monday,Blues post ” when I went to look after Mum and Dad . It was so kind of you and I was overwhelmed by your kindness.
Dad is much better now, he has a recurring abscess , but a course of anti-biotics seems to do the trick. Sadly Mum had a massive stroke 4 years this May and will never be fine, she is unable to move or speak , but she can communicate by facial expressions, Dad is her carer , she has 4 x2 carers visits per day. So when Dad gets poorly I have to step to care for them both. Thank you again for your kindness. I am now back and on track . Hugs Elaine
